A vintage Ukiyo-e triptych showing actors portraying an action scene between a pirate, merchant and maiden. The pirate, Hakata Kojuro, threatens the lovely maiden, Kezori Kuemon, with a large ax. The merchant, Komachiya Soshichi, is about to rescue the maiden.
