A scene from the series, Tsuki hyaku shi (100 aspects of the moon). This woodcut shows Minamoto Yoshitsune leaping into the air and throwing a fan. This is an effort to escape an attacker at the Gojo Bridge in Kyoto. From an original 19th century Japanese woodcut (1880), Gojobashi no tsuki, by Taiso Yoshitoshi.
